Moreover, Inagro Jinawi actively engages coconut sugar farmers from the Banyumas region in the production process of coconut sugar, ensuring fair trade practices.
OUR PROCESSING UNIT HOLDS THE FINAL PROCESS
Initially, farmers produce organic coconut sugar using their production unit. Subsequently, Inagro Jinawi further processes the organic coconut sugar at the Central Processing Unit (CPU).
Our factory process includes utilizing a drying oven to minimize moisture content, conducting sifting and sortation, employing metal detectors, and carrying out packing operations until the finished products are ready for sale.
Additionally, we conduct regular testing of our products at a recognized laboratory to ensure they meet organic and food safety standards.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
The monthly manufacturing capacity for organic coconut sugar at Inagro Jinawi is between 100 and 200 tons.
